Rum Point and Cayman Kai sit on the north side of Grand Cayman, facing the shallow, calm water of North Sound. Rum Point is the beach club known for its relaxed bar and hammocks. Cayman Kai is the surrounding residential area, with villas and canal homes.
This is also where several boat trips begin. Stingray City and the Sandbar are in North Sound. Starfish Point is a short distance along the coast. Bioluminescent Bay is nearby, and night tours start from here.
